Global Bike Adventures Limited is committed to protecting your privacy – we guarantee never to sell your email address or other contact details to anyone. We will not disclose your details to third parties, unless you indicate otherwise or if specifically required to by law. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to complete the agreed services and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We occasionally employ individuals and/or companies to perform services on our behalf, for example freelance leaders specialising in particular sectors or geographical territories. Such companies and individuals are supplied with personal information required to perform these services, but may not use it for any other purposes, and are required to handle your data in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection legislation, whatever their geographical location.

Only with your express permission, we may distribute your details to carefully selected partners. As a result, you may be contacted by email, telephone or post by us, our associates, or other organisations. You may of course opt out of such correspondence immediately and at any time.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We do use remarketing features in Google AdWords  – so our website does gather information for remarketing or similar audiences. Thus third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on past visits to our website.
