How To Book

1.Read carefully the tour description and general information pages as well as the Booking Information and Booking Conditions pages. 2. E-mail or phone us to reserve your place (and confirm that there are still places available if you are making a booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date). We will hold your place for 10 days until we receive your booking and payment. 3. Complete the booking form (and the Independent Holiday form if booking an Independent Holiday) and send it with a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost to the address below. If booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date then the full Tour Price should be sent.

For your convenience we can also accept payments (including credit card) via Paypal, however we regret that we must pass on the 3% processing charge levied by Paypal. Calculate your deposit without the processing charge and we will show the additional amount on your invoice. Be sure to identify yourself and the tour you are booking for in the payment detail.
Notes Please ensure that all relevant details are included. Any additional requests or information should also be made at this time, including changes to flights, holiday extensions etc. Any changes that are made after the booking has been confirmed will be subject to an administration fee of £15. Payment Payment should be made by cheque or by payment directly into our bank account. Final Payment is due 8 weeks before your departure date. The due date will be shown on your invoice. Final details about your holiday will be sent approximately 2 weeks before your departure date. | ||||||||
