HOW TO BOOK |
Before you book please make sure that you read carefully the tour description and general information pages as well as the Booking Information and Booking Conditions pages. |
E-mail or phone us to reserve your place (and confirm that there are still places available if you are making a booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date). |
We will hold your place for 10 days until we receive your deposit/full payment cheque. |

If booking an Independent Holiday we also require some additional information. To print the Independent Holiday form as a "Word" document click here.

Complete the booking form (and the Independent Holiday form if booking an Independent Holiday) and send it with a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost to the address below. Bike Adventures Notes Payment Payment should be made by cheque (Cheques should be in UK sterling or Euros and made payable to "Bike Adventures"). We are currently unable to accept credit or debit cards or Eurocheques. Confirmation of your booking will normally be made within 7 days. You will also receive further information about your holiday. Final Payment is due 8 weeks before your departure date. The due date will be shown on your invoice. Final details about your holiday will be sent approximately 2 weeks before your departure date. |
