Bike Adventures Land's End to John O'Groats
Our cycle shirts are made by Kalas the Norwegian Sportswear manufacturer who have been making customized team wear for cyclists for over 20 years.
The shirts are made of lightweight Perun fabric which offers good ventilation, moisture transport and wind protection. It has a slightly shiny textured surface, but the shirts feel soft and are very comfortable to wear. They have raglan sleeves for optimal upper body movement, a 35mm front zip and three elasticated rear pockets.
They are ideal for cycle touring as they dry very quickly after washing, but keep their shape.
We have both male and female specific shirts.
SIZING Please note that Kalas shirts have an athletic cut and are designed to be tight fitting, so if you prefer to wear a looser shirt we would recommend ordering one or two sizes larger than you would normally buy. Please give Sarah a call if you are in doubt about what size you should order.

WATER BOTTLES
Quality water bottles manufactured and printed in the UK using food grade MDPE (medium density polyethylene) material which complies with all relevant EC testing certification.
Large (750ml) size, in semi clear plastic, with the Bike Adventure logo. Easy to use with large wide top (big enough to take standard ice cubes) and a double seal screw lid to ensure no leaks and trouble free use.

BIKE BAGS
Most airlines now request that you box or bag your cycle when flying and we have had these large plastic bags made especially
for us. Made from a tough plastic we generally find they can be used for several trips (but this does of course depend on how
enthusiastic the baggage handlers are with your bike!).
Unlike conventional padded bags they can easily be folded and carried
with you while on a tour (they pack up to about the size of a 'Thomson' Directory), and the bike does not need to be
dismantled. Just place it in the bag (most airlines request that you remove the pedals and turn the handlebars to one side)
and seal the end with tape or a zip-tie.
