| This holiday takes you from the UK capital to the heart of the most romantic city in Europe. It is suitable for regular riders, perhaps looking for an early season break, as well as for less experienced cyclists wanting the challenge of riding from London to Paris. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Roads & Terrain:
The trip starts at Clapham Common, a few miles from the centre of London, and follows a mixture of cycle routes
and minor roads to take you out of the city. You are soon in the delightful lanes of southern England, riding
through many picturesque villages towards the ferry crossing from Newhaven to Dieppe.
The route follows minor roads in France, through Normandy and then the Seine valley. This takes you into the centre of Paris, encountering busier roads, but using the developing network of cycle routes. **Note these trips are also available as Fully Supported Holidays:
